Entry

  For your safety we ask that you provide a key for us to use.  This key will never be duplicated.

  If you have a security system.  Then we ask that you provide us with the code or turn it off ahead of your appointment. 

  If we cannot enter the property at the time of your appointment due to locked doors or security systems that cannot be deactivated, then we will have to charge you the service price for that day.

Cleaning Products

  You can request any cleaning solution of your desire.  Just make our office aware of this ahead of your appointment so we can be sure to arrive with it.

Schedule

  We have a busy schedule and can only promise a 4 hour window show up time since schedules are always rotating.

Mon.-Fri. 8:00a.m. / 5:00p.m.

Safety

  We do not move heavy furniture or lift anything above 40lbs.  Our cleaners are very important to us and their safety is our top concern.

Payments

  All payments are due upon the day of your service cleaning.  Any returned, cancelled or bounced checks will require a $12.00 dollar processing fee that will be added to the amount of your next service. 

  We promise to cost you less and do a better job than your current service.  We will need to see a bill, statement or invoice from another licensed professional cleaning company for what you currently pay for your service. The service visit will be matched or beaten.

  We do not charge for Travel!

  Getting to your address is our concern, not yours.

Cancellations

  If you have to cancel your scheduled appointment, then we would appreciate a 48 hour notice.  Our schedules are important and must be met on time.  This notice helps other customers fit into different time slots.

  If you are going to permanently cancel, then we ask for a 2 week  notice.  This helps us adjust our schedules.  Thank you!

Breakage or Loss Policy

Jazzy Cleaning is bonded and insured.

  If you have a claim,  then your response must be made to the office within 48 hours of your service.
